Roof Maintenance Program

An ounce of prevention can...

Your maintenance program will consist of two components, the inspection schedule and conducting the inspection itself.

The Schedule

Commercial and Residential roofs should be inspected twice each year. Schedule one inspection for the spring, where you will check for any damage that may have happened over the winter. Schedule those repairs for the drier and warmer months.

Your second inspection should take place early in the fall to discover and correct any issues that might cause more significant problems during winter's harsher conditions. Additional checks may be required should there be storms, hail, high wind, extensive construction, or any other occurrence which can cause damage to your roof system.

The Inspection

When conducting the inspection, all system components must be closely inspected for any indications of deterioration, poor drainage, high traffic patterns, excess debris, material displacement, loss of ballast, or anything that seems questionable.

We take notes, pictures, and keep accurate records of your inspection findings. T&M Roofing will provide the customer with a detailed report along with pictures. T&M Roofing will also provide a detailed quote to make the needed professional repairs.

T&M Roofing will gladly assist you in these efforts. We often work directly with facilities managers and maintenance personnel to help you in your efforts to properly maintain your roofing system.

Need some help with your maintenance plan? T&M Roofing will answer your questions and help you work through the process. Contact us to find out more.
